Trucks
As one of the largest U-Haul truck rental dealers in the Triangle, Security Self Storage has a large inventory of moving trucks ready to rent. We stock 10' and 14' box trucks renting for $19.95 (plus mileage) for apartment and small commercial and residential moves. Our most popular size is the 17' truck which easily holds a two bedroom apartment, renting at $29.95 (plus mileage). For whole house and large moves we recommend a 24' or 26' truck renting at $39.95 (plus mileage). Self moving with a rental truck is by far the most economical way to move. To save even more, try to size the truck to make the least amount of trips back and forth. This saves you time, mileage, and gas. All our trucks are automatic shift and use unleaded gas, meaning even inexperienced users find them easy to drive.
