How much is the security deposit?

We do not require a security deposit. We do require a one-time $20 administration fee with each rental.

What kind of lock do I need?

We provide a FREE disc lock with every unit rental ($14.99 value).

When will I be able to access my unit?

Normal gate hours are 6:00AM – 10:00PM, seven days a week. We also offer 24 hour access, upon request, and at no additional charge.

How can I make my payment?

We accept cash, checks, money orders, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover as well as debit cards with either the Visa or Mastercard logo. Payments can be made during business hours (9:30AM-5:30PM, Monday-Saturday). For after hours payments, a drop box is located outside of the office (checks and money orders only in drop box – no cash please). Payments may also be mailed to the office. Credit card payments can be called in or, for your convenience, we can set payment up for automatic credit card processing.

Do you have insurance on my belongings?

No, we do not provide insurance for your belongings. Most Home Owners and Renter’s Insurance policies cover items in self storage so check with your insurance agent. If you find that you do not have coverage, we can recommend a reliable storage insurance company to you.

What is the temperature in your climate control units?

Our HVAC systems are designed to keep the temperature no lower than 60 degrees and no higher than 80 degrees.
